Male Excel Review 2026: TRT Pricing, Labs, Pharmacies and Refund Policy

Male Excel prices each piece separately. The pricing page says medication prices do “not include Medical Membership, which is required for treatment.” These prices were read on September 16, 2026.

TRT comes in three formats: once-daily testosterone cypionate injections that go “just under the skin, NOT deep into the muscle”; a twice-daily cream described as “a compounded blend of bioidentical testosterone powder and topical lipoderm cream”; and oral Triclozene. The injections and cream are paired with daily thyroid tablets. Compounded drugs, including this cream, are not FDA-approved.

Triclozene is described two ways. The pricing page lists “Triclozene™ (Clomiphene Citrate with Thyroid)”; the product page says it “features enclomiphene citrate and two thyroid-boosting ingredients.” Ask which active ingredient you would receive.

For ED, the company prescribes generic sildenafil 100 mg, generic tadalafil 20 mg and daily tadalafil 5 mg, and a company blog post says “We only sell FDA-approved ED medicines.” In a November 2024 notice about VitalityXtra, a product sold on websites that FDA laboratory analysis found to contain sildenafil not listed on its label, the FDA warns that this hidden ingredient “may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.”

Peptide therapy, GLP-1 “metabolic therapies” and a 54-biomarker “360 Blood Panel” are offered to members without published prices.

The terms (“Last updated: July 2026”) name the operator as Male Excel Inc., doing business as Excel Medical, 809 Westmere Ave, Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28208, and state: “EXCEL MEDICAL IS NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.” Care comes from Male Excel Medical P.A. and affiliated professional entities in California, Delaware, Kansas and New Jersey. Testing is done by “our affiliated laboratory, AEMA Labs”; the homepage describes “Excel Medical Labs, our CLIA-certified laboratory in North Carolina.”

The specialists page names Peter Fotinos, MD, as chief medical officer (the Our Story page calls him medical director), Lorna Brudie, DO, as medical director, two more physicians and about 30 nurse practitioners. The BBB lists a North Carolina Medical Board license (#2006-00809), 95 employees and a January 1, 2019 start date.

The FAQ names two pharmacies, Anazao Health Corp. (5710 Hoover Blvd, Tampa, FL) and WellDyneRx (Lakeland, FL), but not whether orders are filled under 503A or 503B rules. Anazao’s own site lists a 503A facility at a different Tampa address and an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility in Las Vegas.

The informed-consent page states, “This is not an Orange Book product,” and carries Schedule III, secondary-exposure and FDA MedWatch notices. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved: the FDA says it “does not verify the safety, effectiveness or quality of compounded drugs before they are marketed.” A LegitScript badge is displayed, but LegitScript’s public lookup requires a CAPTCHA, so we did not confirm it. We found no FDA warning letter naming the company.

TRT is offered in “all states except Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.” ED treatment is offered in all states except Alaska, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Dakota and South Carolina, and only to men who have had “a physical (with vitals taken by a provider) in the past 3 years.”

The kit uses blood spots “instead of filling a vial and a lab visit,” and results arrive about five business days after the lab receives it. Visits happen online, but the site does not say whether by video, phone or message, and an in-person exam may be required under DEA and state laws.

The FAQ says the company will “contact you every two months” before each refill, and the membership includes “structured 60-day assessments, and comprehensive blood testing every 6 months.” ED orders go out with 2-day shipping. The terms say: “ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES, INCLUDING FEES FOR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART.” The refund policy repeats that “all sales are final” and says to contact support@maleexcel.com “if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription”; it does not say whether a refund follows.

• Cancelling: “YOU MAY CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME,” with effect “AS DESCRIBED IN OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.” We could not find that policy.
• Charges: “YOU ARE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.”
• Disputes: individual arbitration under North Carolina law. You can opt out by writing to legal@excelmedical.com “within thirty (30) days of the date you first accept these Terms.”
• Guarantee: new members who follow the protocol for a continuous 90 days and “attend all scheduled appointments” can claim a “refund of your membership fees for the full three months” within 30 days after the period ends. Claims are judged on documented adherence.

Ask before paying whether the $99 consult is refunded if a provider declines treatment.

Positive Trustpilot reviews mention knowledgeable staff and a simple at-home process. Recurring complaints on both platforms concern unexpected charges or membership fees, trouble stopping auto-refills, and slow replies or results. We found no lawsuits or regulatory actions naming the company.
