Online Menopause Care Compared

Three routes to menopause and perimenopause care online: billed to insurance, a monthly cash plan from $39, or paying per visit. Each is checked against the same six criteria, with the source behind every fact.

Every review checks

  • Recurring price and billing
  • Prescriber and pharmacy
  • Refund and cancellation terms

Menopause care moved online quickly, and the three services on this page take three different routes to it. One bills major insurers directly and publishes its self-pay prices. One skips labs and video visits for most patients and ships FDA-approved and compounded hormones on a monthly plan. One is a marketplace where you book a licensed clinician at a price shown before you book, and the prescription goes to your own pharmacy.

In November 2025 the FDA began removing parts of the boxed warning carried by menopausal hormone therapy products; the change is rolling out product by product. Our guide to the approved options and the new label explains what changed, and compounded versus FDA-approved hormones explains how to tell which kind you are being prescribed. This page is general information, not medical advice.
