Compounded medications
Many companies we review sell compounded medications, including compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone and combination erectile-dysfunction products. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold. Compounded versions are not generic equivalents of brand-name drugs and should not be assumed to be the same as, or interchangeable with, an FDA-approved product.
Prescription medications and controlled substances
GLP-1 medications carry boxed warnings and serious potential side effects. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States. Sildenafil and tadalafil have serious interactions, including with nitrates. Whether any of these is appropriate for you is a decision for you and a licensed clinician.
