Our verdict
Is Bodybuilding Health+ worth it?
A good pick if you want to see the prescriber and the pharmacy before you pay, and can start with a short bundle. Bodybuilding Health+ backs that up with NPI numbers for its lead physicians and phone numbers for its four pharmacies. Its bundle prices are on the page, and the 12-month semaglutide bundle carries the smallest monthly figure in its bundle selector, $141.50. The trade-off is the usual one for bundles: you pay for the whole bundle, and the Terms make prescription sales final. The service is young and its review record is short and mixed, as the reputation section sets out, so a shorter first bundle and written confirmation of any change are the sensible way to start.

“A U.S.-licensed healthcare professional reviews your intake and builds a personalized treatment plan.” The Terms add that payment “does not guarantee the writing or dispensing of a prescription.”
A partner pharmacy fills it
If you are prescribed, a partner pharmacy fills the order, unless you name a different licensed pharmacy, and the medication ships to your door.

What it costs
Bodybuilding Health+ prices by medication and bundle length. The GLP-1 page shows each bundle's monthly price and the amount billed for it; the figures below were read on October 7, 2026.
Bundles are charged in full. The page states the total for each multi-month bundle, for example “$478 billed automatically” for 3 months of semaglutide. Treat the per-month figure as a way of comparing bundles, and the billed amount as what leaves your account.
The first-month offer. The GLP-1 page advertises $100 off the first month and shows semaglutide at $179 against a struck-through $279. The home page lists the same $179 without a banner, so confirm the figure on the day you order.
Every plan below is a prescription product, and a licensed clinician has to decide it is appropriate for you. Compounded products are not FDA-approved: the FDA says it does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed.

Tirzepatide: the 6-month bundle costs less per month than the 12-month. On the GLP-1 page, the 12-month tirzepatide bundle works out at $187.33 a month, more than the 6-month bundle's $174.67. Two 6-month bundles would come to $2,096 against $2,248 for one 12-month bundle (our calculation), if the price stays the same when you reorder.
Some pages show other prices. Separate product pages list a 1-month semaglutide supply at $129 (struck through from $199), below the $179 in the bundle selector, and 3 months of semaglutide at $497 against $478. For tirzepatide, the GLP-1 page also describes “$286/mo on 3-month bundle”, and product pages list 3 months at $859 and 6 months at $1,500, against $537 and $1,048 in the selector. Confirm the total on the checkout screen before you pay.
Fees. The site banner says “No Hidden Fees” and “No Monthly Membership”, and the tirzepatide product page says “Same price at every dose”. The Terms refer to a medical consult fee without giving an amount.
Paying. “No insurance required” — the program is cash-pay, and we found no insurance option.

Canceling, refunds and the consult fee
Read these before you pay, because bundles are charged in full.
- Before a provider approves you, you are not committed. The GLP-1 page says: “No commitment until approved by a provider.” Ask when your card is charged.
- Consult fees are not refunded. The Terms: “If you receive a medical consultation, medical consult fees are not subject to or eligible for a refund.”
- Prescription products are final. “We cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final.”
- Changing or stopping a plan. The FAQ says: “Plans are flexible and can be adjusted or cancelled at any time. Reach out to our support team and they will assist with any changes to your program.” The banner across the site says “Cancel Anytime”. We found no renewal terms in the Terms, so ask support whether a bundle renews when it ends.
- Payment is not a prescription. The Terms say payment “does not guarantee the writing or dispensing of a prescription.” Ask how a declined order is refunded before you check out.
Disputes go to binding arbitration under the Terms, with an exception for small-claims court. The support address is support@bbhealthplus.com.
Ratings, reviews and the public record
All figures below were read on October 7, 2026.
- Trustpilot: 3.6 out of 5 from 67 reviews. The profile, listed under health.bodybuilding.com, shows 63% five-star and 28% one-star reviews. Trustpilot marks it as claimed in March 2026, on a paid Trustpilot subscription, with the company inviting customers to review, and notes that it has not replied to negative reviews.
- What reviewers mention. Five-star reviews on the first page praise an easy order, fast shipping on ice and a responsive provider. One-star reviews raise orders shipped despite requests to delay or cancel, a renewal order submitted automatically, unanswered messages to nursing support and prices that kept changing.
- The company's own rating figures. The home page shows “4.5 Star out of 1,500+ ratings” and the GLP-1 page “4.8 out of 5” from “200+ verified reviews”. Neither page names where those ratings come from.
- BBB. BBB's website blocked our search, so we could not confirm whether it holds a profile for Bodybuilding Health+ or Dynamo Group LLC.
FDA: no warning letter found. We searched the FDA warning letter database on October 7, 2026 for Bodybuilding, bbhealthplus and Dynamo Group and found no letter addressed to the company (the one result for Bodybuilding concerned an unrelated supplement firm). The site displays a LegitScript seal for bbhealthplus.com; we did not complete the LegitScript lookup, so we could not confirm the certification either way.
If you go ahead, keep written confirmation of any change to an order or delivery date, and of any cancellation.
What you get, and how it is regulated
The weight-loss program is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, given by injection. The GLP-1 page says “Your clinician may prescribe a compounded formula subject to qualification.”

The site's disclaimer is clear on status: “Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not approved by the FDA and have not been evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.” The FDA warns telehealth companies against describing a compounded drug as a generic version of, or the same as, an FDA-approved drug.
We found no published dose list. The tirzepatide product page says “Same price at every dose”, so ask the provider which dose you would start on and how increases are handled.
Bodybuilding Health+ sells other treatment lines too; this review covers the GLP-1 weight-loss program only.
Who runs it, who prescribes and who compounds
The platform. The site footer and Terms name Dynamo Group LLC, 1 Town Center Road, Suite #675, Boca Raton, Florida, and the Terms describe it as “a telehealth platform that facilitates virtual consultations”. Bodybuilding.com announced the service as a partnership in March 2026, and health.bodybuilding.com redirects to bbhealthplus.com.
The prescribers. The FAQ names “Lion MD: A trusted team of nationwide medical professionals led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr MD (NPI: 1689841744) and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink MD (NPI: 1346482684).” In the federal NPI registry, the first number belongs to Ana Lisa Carr, MD (family medicine) and the second to Kelly James Tenbrink, MD (emergency medicine). The Terms describe care as provided by “independent Medical Groups or individual Providers.”
The pharmacies. The FAQ lists “Belmar Pharmacy (800-525-9473), Strive Pharmacy (855-405-5993), Epiq Scripts (833-654-3553), and Casa Pharma Rx (877-937-6868).” The Terms say medications “are dispensed by independent third-party pharmacies”, and the footer says you can name a different licensed pharmacy. We found no statement of which pharmacy fills which order, so ask once you are approved. Our 503A and 503B guide explains what to look for in a compounding pharmacy.
Your data. The privacy policy says the company will “not sell, rent or lease your personal information”, and describes using hashed or de-identified data in advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta. Marketing messages can be stopped by unsubscribing.

States, age, visits and shipping
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States, per the Terms. On states, the FAQ says: “We provide care and support to patients in all 50 U.S. states. Availability of specific services may vary by state based on provider licensure and applicable regulations…” The Terms say the service is “currently available to individuals located in certain states” and ask you to email support for the list. Check your state before you pay.
The whole process is online: “From your initial assessment to provider review, prescription, and medication delivery — the entire process is online. No in-person visits, no waiting rooms.” We found no mention of a video call.
On delivery, the GLP-1 page promises “Discreet Home Delivery”. The Terms say the company “does not guarantee delivery timelines”, and we found no published shipping time, so ask when your first shipment would arrive if you are timing a first dose.
