Who writes this

Pages are researched and written under the byline “Upkeepwell Editorial.” We are not clinicians, and nothing here is medical advice. We do not accept payment from companies for reviews, we do not let companies preview or edit reviews, and we do not accept free products or services (see our editorial policy).

What we do

For each company we read its own published pages (pricing, terms of service, refund policy, safety disclosures, privacy notice) and its public records with the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot and, where relevant, the FDA and the FTC. We quote the company’s wording where the exact words matter, note the date we read each page, and check every company against the same six criteria described in How we review. Every review includes a list of what the company does not publish.

What we do not do

We do not order, use or test medications or services. We do not run lab analyses. We do not verify companies’ clinical claims. We do not rate companies with numbers, grades or stars of our own. When a fact cannot be found on the company’s site or in a public record, we say “not published” rather than estimate. When a company’s pages contradict each other, we print both versions.

How we make money

Some links to companies are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Commissions are how this site is funded, which is why most of the programs we cover run one. No company pays us for a review, a rating or a position on a page, and no company sees a page before it is published. Every program is checked against the same six criteria, and we publish the terms, the gaps and the public record for each one whether or not that helps a sale. Corrections

Prices, policies and ratings change. If you find something on this site that is out of date or wrong, email hello@upkeepwell.com with the page URL and the source. We correct errors on the page and note the change.
